Open Season

I guess I'll start my thoughts at the fact that it's Thanksgiving Break. I hate to say it, but I'm not really one for all that Thanksgiving turkey stuffing and green bean casserole (I didn't say it doesn't taste good).

I just wish they would be a little more fun. No, I'm not calling my family boring, if that's what you're thinking. I just wish they were more chill. I guess a night where we could all just have some quiet fun. Not quiet quiet, but just calm and peaceful. A nice time to relax with the family.

Anyways, it's only Tuesday. Surprisingly, this break has been going by extremely slow for some odd reason. My dad's leaving to Paris tomorrow so I won't be able to spend Thanksgiving with him. Sort of a shame. But he's going for good reason. He's going to visit his brother. Who can blame him. Family's important. I hope he has a safe trip, I really do. I hope he has fun reliving his teenage and college years. Seeing all the fantastic and beautiful monuments, maybe stopping by Le Louvre to pay Mona Lisa a visit.

I was hoping my dad would bring back some macarons, but unfortunately he claims it's not possible. Although I for one, believe you could probably get them as a snack from one of those shops in the airport.

Lately, I've been getting myself into more TV shows (not that I needed to anyways), but I'm pretty much caught up with everything and it's extremely boring to wait for Once Upon A Time or to wait for The Vampire Diaries. So, I started watching 90210 (because of Nancy, isn't it always) and The Walking Dead because of Vannhi. Both shows are pretty good I have to say. I still need to finish the second season of Walking Dead. It started off slower than the first I have to say.

90210 is like the California version of Gossip Girl. To be honest, I prefer Gossip Girl over 90210. I just like the directing of Gossip Girl better than 90210, but the story of 90210 is more realistic than Gossip Girl. But then again, Gossip Girl's unrealistic story line actually makes it really interesting and ridiculously entertaining.

Tomorrow I have a lunch date with Nancy, Isabella, and Lindsay. Should be pretty exiting because this would actually be my first actual outing since break. I mean I went to the movies on Sunday with Lindsay, but that was just lucky. We saw Breaking Dawn: Part 2, and I 've got to say that thing was pretty horrid. Nonetheless, I did enjoy watching Aero's exciting laugh at the end of the movie. I have to say it was probably my favorite scene.

I am just excited that tomorrow is a new day, and that it will be a fantastic and fun day. Just a day where I can get out of this house and walk around, feel free. Just be out on my own.

I've been neglecting my blog. I just always forget about it. I don't have time for it sometimes, but I just wanted to update. I'm not dead, if that's what you were thinking. Maybe this long post will make up for my absence.
