Ah, well it's what we've all been waiting for right? The first day of school. I have to say it actually wasn't that bad. I just didn't enjoy second period particularly, but other than that it has been a pretty good day.

French is my first class of every A-Day. For those of you who are confused on the term A-Day, our school uses a block schedule. For those of you who don't know what a block schedule is-- well it goes something like this:
  • A-Day: consists of period 1, 2, 3, 4, 8
  • B-Day: consists of period 1, 5, 6, 7, 8
Since I have 1st period off, I start my A-days with french. Let me tell you it is not fun. Especially with Madame Deschpande. Everybody was too afraid to talk because she's sort of scary I guess you could say. Not the extreme kind of scary, but the kind of scary that you don't want to deal with because it's too annoying.

Anyways after French, my 3rd period is WHAP, better known as World History AP. I like that class so far and the teacher. I know people in there so it's not too bad. There's Andrew, Ericka, Nita, Hung, Isabella, Gian, Himanshu, and bunch of other people. Sadly, I always get the pregnant teachers and Mrs.Gruber happens to be preggo (surprise). It'll suck that she's leaving because she's a really nice teacher, but apparently Mrs. Terry will be teaching us and she's the best of all the WHAP teachers.

In the middle of 3rd period was lunch. There are four different lunches based on which hallways you have and all that jazz. I had B Lunch which is from 11:30-12:00. I knew a lot of people. Most of my friends were there and it was a pretty good lunch. What sucks is that the lunches are like 5 dollars a meal, so I think I am going to bring my own lunch from now on, unless on the occasions where I run out of lunch supplies at home or if I'm generally lazy.

4th period I had Geometry. I knew nobody. Basically. Well I knew Amanda, but that's pretty much it. I didn't talk to anybody and sat in the back of the room. All alone. HAHA. I am a total loner sometimes. The teacher was nice though so it wasn't too bad.

I finish my day with Chemistry everyday. I have an okay teacher. He's really loud and obnoxious, but at least he's not boring and mean. He's actually pretty nice and enthusiastic and apparently my old biology teacher hates him. I sit next to Kevin, so it's pretty fun.

What's a bummer is I do have quite a bit of homework to do today, but what do you really expect when you're in high school? I mean they gave us a shitload of papers to sign, but I have homework in all the classes I went through today. I still have to finish annotating my Farenheit 451 book. Whoops.

I actually saw and talked to Benny and Kelvin for the first time today like legitly talked to. It wasn't awkward which is good because I hate awkward situations. I guess after you talk online to people it's easier to approach them since you've communicated before.

The hallways weren't too crowded or squished. It just kind of gets all bunched up around G-Hall after 2nd period, but it's not too bad.

At the end of the day we get to conversate and visit at the bus stops for a good ten or fifteen minutes. It's kind of a pain though because the buses never come in order so you have to run around and chase your bus or else you miss it.

All in all it wasn't a bad day it was actually pretty good. I hate to say this, but it was actually fun.
